Lane Residential Limited was formed in April 2016 by Steven Lane and has grown steadily in size since that time. We specialise in letting and property management with a portfolio of managed properties situated mainly in and around North West London but also spreading as far as Central London and as far north as Luton. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent management service which covers all areas including financial matters, legal advice as well as an efficient and responsible group of contractors who are able to respond to the many varied and sometimes complex issues that can arise in rented properties.
As well as the management side, we also provide a sales service both on the residential and commercial side, we have recently opened a Block Management department and are looking to expand in that area as well.
