Block management can be very complicated whether it is a small block of 4 flats or a large block/development of 50 plus flats. Recent legislation means that even the simple demand for a service charge has to be served in the appropriate and correct legal manner. In particular, many smaller blocks which have traditionally been run through a residents association would be well advised to speak to a company like ours. There is also other legislation involving Health & Safety aspects of Block management which if they are not attended to can ultimately lead to unfortunate and unintended financial consequences for all the flat owners.
